7 Things You Should Know Before Arriving to a Facility

Whether you're picking up material yourself, or your installer is picking up for you.

  1. We only supply used turf in good or great condition, though some areas may still have blemishes, this is unavoidable.

  2. Previously used turf products may have imperfections such as tears, rips, uneven edges, numbers, and discoloration, which can be repaired using basic tools like glue, nails, a box cutter, and spray paint.

  3. Roll sizes are approximate, so it's recommended to buy 20-30% more square footage of turf than needed.

  4. Artificial turf can appear different depending on the direction it is laid. To achieve a more natural appearance, make sure all grass blades face the same direction.

  5. Signature and delivery of all necessary documents is required before release of the turf. Consult a sales representative for assistance with completing paperwork.

  6. The pickup process, including paperwork, payment, processing, and loading, can take 10 minutes to an hour. Call the lot ahead of time for quicker service.

  7. For the proper support of the turf rolls, bring a dual axle (double axle) trailer and secure with ratchet straps or chains with a working load limit of 110% of your load weight or greater.
